The Organised Force Behind the Frontline, Local Policing Unit Secretary
As a full time LPU Secretary you will be providing a complete secretarial & administration service to all Superintendents and Inspectors. The position will see you use your skills when actioning diary appointments, telephone calls, document filing and more, having a strong background in organisation will keep you on the ball with the requirements of this role.
What you'll be doing
* Receiving visitors, dealing with telephone enquiries and arranging meetings
* Attending meeting where you will be taking comprehensive notes & transcribing
* Dealing with a variety of matters in the absence of the Superintendents
The must haves
* Hold a grade C/4 or equivalent in English Language
* Have exposure to minuet taking, presentations and detailed correspondence
* Excel in written & spoken communication
