We are proud to be working in partnership with a leading defence logistics company in Reading, currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Administrator to join their growing team.

Role Overview
As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day coordination of logistics operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll liaise with internal departments and external suppliers, manage documentation, and help maintain compliance with industry and MoD standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing shipments
* Managing and updating inventory and procurement systems
* Preparing and maintaining accurate shipping and customs documentation
* Liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
* Supporting compliance with defence and export regulations
* General administrative tasks including reporting, filing, and data entry
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
* Experience within a regulated or defence-related environment (desirable but not essential)
* Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (due to the nature of the work)
