About the Role
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our Production team. A key focus of the role will be advancing Commercial Events at Bristol Beacon, including conferences, exhibitions, receptions, parties and weddings, ensuring each event is planned and delivered to a high standard.
You will be the main contact for clients, promoters, partners and internal teams once an event is confirmed, coordinating operational details from handover through to delivery. Working with Technical, House Management, Facilities teams and our catering partner, you’ll ensure event information, catering, health and safety documentation and operational plans are communicated and managed through systems such as Artifax.
The role also includes preparing advance documentation, managing budgets, settlements and invoicing, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure events run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Candidates should have demonstrable experience planning and coordinating commercial events, with the ability to manage client relationships and support delivery from planning through to event day.
