DENTAL RECEPTIONIST - PART-TIME (MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY) Location: Hadlow Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Salary: Up to £13 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at a busy mixed practice in the Hadlow area. This is a part-time position covering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, offering up to £13 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have previous dental experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Knowledge of SOE (Exact) software is preferred. You will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive an excellent first impression and a smooth experience from booking to treatment. Key Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone. Managing the appointment diary and coordinating with the clinical team. Handling patient records and updating information accurately using SOE (Exact) software. Processing payments and managing NHS and private paperwork. Supporting clinicians with efficient scheduling and patient communication. Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area at all times. Upholding confidentiality and excellent customer service standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist. Confident using SOE (Exact) or similar dental software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable and well-organised. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Right to work in the UK.
