â° Working Pattern
This is a rotating shift role designed to offer structure and variety:
* Day Shift: MondayâFriday, 06:00â15:00
* Back Shift: MondayâFriday, 13:00â22:00
* Overtime: Saturday mornings, 06:00â12:00
* OnâCall Rota: 1 week in every 3 (paid additionally)

* Base Salary: ÂŁ43,108 per year
* Typical OTE: circa ÂŁ50,000
* FirstâYear Earning Potential: up to ÂŁ54,000, including:
* ÂŁ5,000 signâon bonus (paid after a successful 3âmonth settlingâin period)
* Expected overtime of ÂŁ5,000, hourly rate
* Annual performance bonus of up to ÂŁ2,000

What Weâre Looking For:
Essential
* Qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or strong proven industry experience
* Solid understanding of vehicle systems, trailers, plant, and workshop equipment
* Strong faultâfinding and diagnostic skills
* A safetyâfirst mindset
* A reliable team player with good communication and organisation skills
Desirable (Full Training Provided)
* HGV Class C licence
* ADR qualification
