We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating delightful dining experiences for our guests while leading and managing kitchen staff effectively.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

* Support in Planning and prepare menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional culinary offerings.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Previous experience in supervising kitchen staff is highly desirable.
