About Us
At Coastal Cottages, every detail matters. We don't just provide holidays, we showcase the very best of Pembrokeshire — its people, its produce, its places. Our offices are an extension of that promise, and the way we welcome guests, partners and owners reflects who we are as a business.
The Role
We are creating a brand-new role for a Front of House Manager — the first face people see when they arrive, and the personality that sets the tone for their experience with us. You'll be the warm welcome, the problem-solver, the organiser, the one who ensures every visitor leaves thinking, "that was special."
This is not a desk-bound receptionist role. You'll run our concierge service, work closely with local producers and shops to bring Pembrokeshire into the heart of our office, prepare hampers that delight our guests, and ensure our spaces are always ready for important meetings. In short: you will embody the brand every day.
What You'll Do
· Be the first, smiling face that guests, owners and partners meet when they walk through our doors.
· Run our concierge service, showcasing the best of Pembrokeshire through partnerships with local producers, shops and experiences.
· Prepare and present guest hampers that make a lasting impression.
· Ensure meeting rooms and office spaces are set up perfectly for key visits.
· Anticipate visitor needs and go above and beyond to make them feel valued.
· Represent Coastal Cottages with energy, warmth and professionalism at all times.
About You
This role is not for you if:
· You see welcoming people as a chore, not a joy.
· You think Pembrokeshire is "just a place" rather than something to celebrate.
· You find it hard to smile before 10am.
· You're more comfortable with tasks than with people.
· You'd rather say "that'll do" than "let's make this great."
This role is perfect for you if:
· You love people and bring genuine warmth and positivity to every interaction.
· You're proud of Pembrokeshire and excited to showcase its best.
· You're organised, detail-driven, and proactive — always one step ahead.
· You thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
· You understand that the little details often make the biggest difference.
What We Offer
· The chance to shape a brand-new role and make it your own.
· A culture that values creativity, care and genuine hospitality.
· Opportunities to build relationships with incredible local producers and partners.
· The satisfaction of knowing you are the face and spirit of Coastal Cottages every day.
