Salary: Up to £50,000

A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE to join their friendly and dedicated team. This is a fantastic chance to manage your own caseload and contribute to the growth of the department.
The role will involve:
* Handling a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and trusts.
* Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
* Managing relationships with clients in a sensitive and professional manner.
* Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation.
* Supporting business development initiatives to enhance the department’s profile.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE in Private Client law.
* Have excellent client care skills and the ability to work with empathy and discretion.
* Demonstrate technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client work.
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to growing your expertise and client base.
* Ideally have STEP membership or be working towards this qualification (desirable but not essential).
