Parts Sales Advisor
Northampton
£25-£30,000 + annual and monthly bonus scheme
Monday-Friday 40hr week
We are recruiting for a rapidly growing organisation based in Northampton who are looking for a sales advisor to join their parts team. They are looking for a personable and strong communicator, that can easily build rapport - whilst offering a friendly and knowledgeable service.
Main Duties:
Liaise with customers and suppliers, including managing relationships with major key accounts
Provide customer and product support, resolving queries and issues promptly
Maintain regular, timely communication with customers and clients
Identify, develop, and follow up on new sales opportunities
Build industry, client, and market knowledge to prepare accurate and competitive quotations
Receive, process, and manage customer orders efficiently
Assess customer component requirements and source suitable suppliers through web-based research
Receive and log goods into the warehouse system accurately
Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the business
Skills / Experience:
Previous service & or parts experience
Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework and good attention to detail
Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail - Strong interpersonal/communication skills
Plant, Automotive or Commercial vehicle product knowledge or an engineering aptitude
Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
Comfortable working to KPI’s, targets and deadlines
