The Role
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will:
Oversee electrics onsite for small projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and collaborate closely with the client to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Manage work operations within a static site, maintaining efficiency and safety while liaising with the engineering team.
Provide hands-on supervision, assisting engineers and giving support during quieter periods.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and effective communication across all parties involved. You
To be successful in the role of Electrical Supervisor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
Relevant electrical qualifications (preferably 18th Edition) and experience are essential for this role.
Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach to project management.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and subcontractors, demonstrating client-facing experience.
Proven track record of at least two years in a similar position without frequent job changes.
