Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When you’re needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. About the Role:
To be a successful Delivery Team Member, you will ensure perfect stock availability for our customers by:
1. Accurately processing stock quickly and to a high standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and stock placement.
2. Ensuring all stock is well-presented and correctly placed on the sales floors or stored in stockrooms.
3. Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and organized.
4. Providing fast and friendly service to customers from back or front store areas, working on the sales floor as needed.
5. Collaborating with the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.

Candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK before starting, in line with Home Office guidance. This role is not typically sponsored under the Skilled Worker route due to skill level requirements. Candidates should consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
What’s Next
Applicants will complete an online assessment, including a Working with Numbers and Retail Scenarios test. Successful applicants will be reviewed by our recruitment team, and those closest to the criteria will be contacted for an initial interview to learn more about you.
