Join Our Team as a Core Services Delivery Manager!
Do you have experience in the events and exhibitions industry?
Are you competent in the six aspects of Scope, Schedule, Financial, Risk, Quality, and Resources? If so, we want YOU!
As our Core Services Delivery Manager, you will manage the delivery of core operations on-site, including Electrics, Stand Fitting, Floor Covering, and Furniture.
Main Duties include:
1. Evaluate, assess, and manage all associated risks that may affect project delivery.
2. Work from the information provided by the Account Manager's brief and any additional work orders.
3. Ensure H&S compliance by all staff (internal and contractors), including relevant training.
4. Be responsible for delivering the project to meet expected outcomes and benefits.
5. Collaborate with the overall Operations team, including Ops planning, Account Management, onsite delivery, and stakeholders that influence the project.
6. Oversee and manage the dedicated onsite labor for the project.
7. Produce a post-show report highlighting issues or achievements for learning and remedial actions.
8. Adhere to published SLAs depending on the Organiser and show requirements.
9. Fully utilize software systems as part of departmental SOPs.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in the Exhibition and Events Industry or similar roles.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently.
* Excellent communication, quick learner, team player, willing to travel.
* Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends during busy periods.
