Caring for each other, working together, always improving. We are looking for an experienced Sonographer to join our dynamic team at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
This post offers the experience of a wide variety of Ultrasound scanning, working within a dynamic and enthusiastic team of Sonographers, and alongside a supportive team of radiologists. A structured induction program will be provided, and the health board is committed to the development of radiographers employed within the service.

We are looking to expand our Ultrasound team and invite hard-working and enthusiastic candidates to apply. The successful candidate will study for a qualification in Medical Ultrasound and must be willing to work across all three of our sites.

Responsibilities and Requirements
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
* A good honours degree (normally minimum 2.2) in a Healthcare or Science related subject
* Access to an appropriate clinical work placement in the UK of at least two days (15 hours) a week in each clinical specialism to fulfil the practical requirements of this course.
* An appropriately qualified individual who will act as clinical appraiser (supervisor and assessor) who will need to attend a training day.
