Electrical Engineering Team ManagerBristol (Hybrid)£58,000 - £63,000 + Bonus and BenefitsA global advanced engineering and manufacturing organisation is seeking a Team Manager to lead a sustaining engineering function supporting complex electro-mechanical products across the full product lifecycle.This role will lead a team of engineers responsible for root cause investigation, design changes, reliability improvements, technical governance, and ongoing product support within a highly regulated engineering environment.You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, and project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient engineering solutions are delivered to specification, cost, and schedule.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering teamDriving technical problem solving and root cause analysisManaging sustaining engineering changes and governanceSupporting product reliability and continuous improvementCollaborating cross-functionally to resolve production and supplier issuesEnsuring compliance with engineering and safety standardsWe are interested in candidates with:Strong background in electrical and/or mechanical engineeringExperience within complex manufacturing or regulated industriesLeadership or team management experienceKnowledge of sustaining engineering, product lifecycle support, or design change managementExperience with structured problem-solving tools such as FMEA, 8D, CAPA or RCAThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global technology business offering long-term career development, hybrid working, and the chance to lead high-impact engineering activities within a technically advanced environment.TPBN1_UKTJ
