About the Role
As a Project Management Associate, you will support the Project Manager by coordinating key tasks and activities within warranty projects. This role requires effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, alongside strong organizational skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project activities assigned by the Project Manager.
* Manage customer and internal reports, ensuring timely closure and updates.
* Monitor progress and return technical reports to customers as required.
* Interface with Sourcing & Procurement teams and suppliers.
* Collaborate with Project Controls and Site teams to meet project KPIs.
* Maintain logs for project contracts, purchase orders, and variation orders.
* Support the purchase requisition process, liaising with relevant departments.
* Organize and maintain the project filing system.
Qualifications
Education:
HNC, Degree, or equivalent qualification in an Engineering discipline.
* Coordination of multiple project activities.
* Proficiency in industry-standard planning tools like MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet.
* Strong people management and communication skills.
Experience:
Prior experience in Project Management or a similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
