Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing
Edinburgh (hybrid working)

We're working with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Paralegal to join their Private Wealth, Tax and Employment team in Edinburgh. This role will support two solicitors and focus on residential conveyancing, with direct client contact and the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of transactions.
Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with conveyancing transactions, including drafting transfers of title, discharges of standard securities and associated forms
* Preparing correspondence and legal documentation, including LBTT and registration forms
* Ordering legal and plans reports, and progressing sales from application to completion
* Liaising with clients, solicitors and support teams to ensure smooth transaction management
* Supporting reporting requirements, training and business development activities as needed
About you:
* Knowledge of residential property conveyancing in Scotland
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
* Proactive and professional, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team
