Programmatic Advertising Lead – Amazon DSP & AMC
£55-60K + 15% bonus
Hybrid working - 3 days in, 2 days from home
A rapidly growing digital marketing agency is on the lookout for a Programmatic Advertising expert to take charge of its Amazon DSP and AMC offering. This is a standout opportunity to shape an ambitious programmatic strategy from the ground up and build your own team along the way.
The successful candidate will lead cutting-edge campaigns, working closely with account teams to turn client goals into intelligent, data-fuelled solutions. You’ll take full ownership of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and the deployment of complex AMC queries - creating real commercial impact through smart, measurable execution.
This role suits someone with a sharp analytical mind and a creative approach to problem-solving. You should enjoy unearthing patterns in data and be eager to test new hypotheses that drive better results.
What You’ll Do:
* Design and deliver performance-driven Amazon DSP campaigns across a diverse client portfolio
* Use AMC insights to guide strategic decisions and refine audience targeting
* Collaborate with analytics colleagues to produce and maintain actionable data queries
* Produce clear and insightful reports that explain campaign performance to both internal and external stakeholders
* Partner with creatives to develop formats that resonate in programmatic environments
* Educate clients and teammates on the capabilities of Amazon DSP and AMC
* Contribute to new business efforts with compelling programmatic proposals
* Stay informed about Amazon platform updates, betas, and evolving best practices
What You’ll Need:
* Recognised certification in both Amazon DSP and AMC
* Solid experience delivering programmatic results across multiple campaigns
* Fluency in SQL and the ability to write, adjust, and interpret custom AMC queries
* A strong grasp of the programmatic landscape and its role within broader marketing strategy
* Proven ability to distil complex data into meaningful recommendations
* Comfortable engaging clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
* Highly detail-oriented, well-organised, and proactive in your approach
* Experience in an agency setting or managing multiple clients is beneficial
