Qualifications
As an accomplished SEN Teaching Professional, you will be expected to possess the following:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a mandatory requirement.
* Proven experience in teaching students with a range of Special Educational Needs within a UK school setting.
* Thorough understanding of SEN codes of practice, intervention strategies, and advanced differentiation techniques.
* Essential personal attributes including patience, adaptability, pro activity, and resilience, coupled with strong classroom management skills.
* A current, satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, or the immediate willingness to obtain one upon job acceptance.
Additionally, possessing a relevant SEN qualification or significant experience supporting pupils with profound learning difficulties will be a distinct advantage.
