Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of children, young people and families with complex needs and risks related to offending behaviour within Kingston or Richmond.
* Support the delivery of services in line with the YJS "child first, offender second" approach.
* Collaborate with families and multi-agency partners to build resilience and drive positive outcomes.
Qualifications and skills
* Direct experience working in a Youth Justice Service.
* Has held both OOCD and court cases.
* Is confident using ICT (Google Suite/Microsoft Office).
* Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and multi-agency working skills.
* Holds a relevant professional qualification.
