HR Advisor
8‑month contract
Based in Essex
£27.07 per hour (Inside IR35)
Applicants must have proof of immediate, ongoing and valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK.

Required Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of HR Advisor experience.
* Ideally a degree or CIPD qualification.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
* A proactive, customer‑centric, and solutions‑focused approach.
