🔧 Your Role
As an Air Source Heat Pump Installer, you’ll be responsible for:
5. Installing and servicing heat pumps, hot water cylinders, and thermal storage systems
6. Carrying out general heating system installations and repairs (domestic & commercial)
7. Providing on-site supervision and technical support
8. Diagnosing faults and performing maintenance
9. Ensuring compliance with PAS 2030, MCS, and Gas Safe standards
10. Completing accurate documentation and safety reports
11. Participating in overtime and call-out rotations as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
12. Proven experience in social housing or local authority projects
13. Full, clean UK driving licence
14. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
15. Familiarity with PAS 2030 standards
16. Experience with unvented hot water systems and various pipework methods
17. Solid understanding of Health & Safety and industry regulations
🎓 Essential Qualifications
18. NVQ Level 2/3 in Domestic Plumbing or equivalent
19. Level 3 Award in Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC, or LCL)
20. G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Certification
21. Water Regulations Certificate
Desirable Extras:
22. Experience with HIUs, solar thermal systems, F-Gas, electrical qualifications, and control system rewiring
