About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Plumber to join a leading provider of integrated facilities and real estate management.
You will be delivering mechanical maintenance works across plant, equipment and building services
Key Responsibilities:
* Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs.
* Optimising plant performance and managing environmental conditions via BMS systems.
* Using CAFM systems to complete work orders accurately.
* Participating in the on-call rota and working overtime when required.
Requirements:
* Hours: 4 on 4 off Shift - 12 hours
* Previous Experience within a similar role.
* Qualifications needed include NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical/Plumbing field
* Strong Knowledge of the FM Sector
Benefits:
* Salary could reach up to £45,000 with Overtime Availability
