Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Care Assistants. As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in our residential Care Home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, feeding and medication management.
* Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring all aspects of care are met.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate any changes to relevant supervisor.
* Foster a supportive and respectful environment for clients, promoting their dignity and independence.
* Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning communal areas, laundry and ironing
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is highly desirable.
* Basic IT skills to record resident information accurately (done using an APP)
* QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
