Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Contract)

This 12-month fixed-term contract role supports the Conference Strategic Partnerships team, acting as the bridge between Gartner business units and our Conferences, aligned with our EMEA technology insights portfolio. The focus is on aligning Conference strategy with partner strategy and executing onsite experience.


What You Will Do

* Deliver GTS Sales and Service Briefings: prepare and deliver monthly regional briefings for all GTS conferences.
* Coordinate with Sales Operations, Service Operations, and Sales Communications to prepare Sales and Service associates for upcoming Gartner Conferences.
* Partner with Conference Centers of Excellence to ensure we deliver the full value of our Conferences to our associates.
* Partner with BU leads within Strategic Partnerships to ensure consistent global communication.


Additive Function Process (ADF)

* Receive Additive Function requests and determine if requests meet ADF criteria.
* Support Logistics lead in execution of approved ADF.
* Collaborate with Program Management and Conference Centers of Excellence to ensure requests are the right action and support execution if approved.


Execute Onsite Delivery

* Partner with Conference Associate Registration to support any onsite presence from BUs.
* Ensure staffing for functions requiring support and support Exclusive Member Experience.
* Ensure onsite check‑ins and space walkthroughs with BUs.
* Create impactful relationships between Conferences and partnering business units.
* Maintain global operational effectiveness and effective communication with internal stakeholders.


What You Will Need

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 4+ years of work experience in a corporate environment.
* Prior conference/event experience a plus, but not required.
* Experience working with leadership.
* Project management and leadership experience a plus.
* Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Client focused with proven customer service skills.
* Strategic thinker: able to work issues through to resolution.
* Proactive and decisive with a high sense of urgency.
* Communicative and collaborative with strong oral and written communication skills.
