We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team at Edmiston House Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only preparing coffee and other drinks but also ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they enter our establishment. What you'll be doing Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to health regulations Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks Working Pattern: As & when required to meet business needs What can you bring? Previous experience in a café or food service environment is essential Strong understanding of food safety practices and willingness to adhere to them Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and matchdays Edmiston House is a state-of-the-art event facility that is used for concerts, events and a fanzone on matchdays. It is also home to the Rangers Museum and gift shop. Edmiston House cafe is opened 7 days a week, all year round
