Partnership Support Officer (Band 4)

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive, professional and effective secretarial and administration service to the Smoking and Wellbeing team within the Health Improvement Team.
* Support multi‑agency services and partnerships by preparing agendas and minutes, ensuring follow‑up action.
* Provide project support during development and implementation of strategic plans and service improvement projects.
* Ensure referrals and queries from clients are captured efficiently in our computer system and distributed to Smoking and Wellbeing Practitioners and Health Coaches.
* Assist in development of performance information and intelligence to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.
* Display initiative, maintain confidentiality and promote values of partnership working; support project management by gathering, analysing and presenting information and undertaking enquiries.
