Position: Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining ISS Integrated Solutions' industry-leading position and enhancing our reputation with clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) according to schedules, maintaining engineering standards to maximize operational effectiveness and reliability of plant and electrical systems.
2. Comply with engineering standards and Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to electrical aspects of PPM and plant.
4. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests related to electrical systems.
5. Conduct technical surveys of services and systems, reporting findings to the Critical Engineering Manager.
6. Prepare cost estimates for materials required for minor works.
7. Coordinate initial actions for all client requests.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, reporting actions to line management.
9. Follow up on actions to resolve issues within your authority.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
1. Experience in a similar banking environment with multi-site locations.
2. Knowledge of a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
3. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
4. Familiarity with current health and safety legislation relevant to safe working practices.
5. City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
6. 17th Edition I.E.E Registration or recognized equivalent.
7. Electrical Apprenticeship within the building maintenance industry.
8. Experience with maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectification.
9. Experience with electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
10. Experience in electrical installation, testing, and inspection.
