IT Support Engineer
Hybrid (1 day WFH per week after probation)
£25,000 per annum + up to £2,500 performance bonus + EO profit share
9:00–5:00 Mon–Fri

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming service requests, delivering outstanding support while helping clients maintain secure and efficient tech environments.
This is an entry-level role, and previous industry experience is not essential. However, in the absence of hands‑on experience, we expect candidates to hold a minimum Level 3 Computing qualification (or equivalent), an industry‑related certification (Microsoft or CompTIA), or be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for technology alongside active personal development toward a career in IT.
Training and development will be provided as part of the role.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming client service requests with professionalism and care
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across varied systems
* Supporting clients in maintaining strong technology and security standards
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
You’ll need to:
* Be confident in communicating with clients and solving problems
* Previous experience advantageous, but will consider Level 3 Computing qualification (or equivalent)
* Have a genuine interest in technology and IT - This is a must
* Be organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Willingness to obtain additional certifications
* A great personality and attitude to work
