Working for this long-running housing association in central Bath, you will be based in the technical team for a solid business that is expected to have another great year in 2023. They have many sites lined up, with more to come throughout the year within an hour from the office.
Responsibilities
1. Lead projects from pre-planning through to completion, working closely with internal disciplines.
2. Oversee drawing information from external consultants.
3. Provide technical advice to other areas of the business to facilitate project progress.
Requirements
* Good understanding of construction legislation and CDM techniques.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Previous experience working for a developer or an architectural/engineering consultancy.
* Relevant HNC (minimum) in a related discipline.
