Job Title: Family Lawyer
Location: Hybrid, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £75,000
Benefits: 3 to 4 remote days per week, on-site parking

You’ll handle a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters. You’ll work within a close‑knit team that encourages progression without unnecessary red tape. With up to 4 remote days a week, this is ideal for someone settled in their current role but open to better balance and a fresh challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run your own caseload of divorce, finance, and children matters. Deliver tailored, empathetic advice to private clients.
* Attend occasional hearings and client meetings. Stay hands‑on while enjoying hybrid flexibility.
* Support junior team members. Be a part of developing talent in a supportive, non‑hierarchical team.
* Contribute to departmental growth. Your ideas and experience will help shape the direction of the team.
Requirements:
* Strong background in private family law.
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Experience handling divorce, finance, and children work.
* A balanced, empathetic approach to client service.
