You’ll play a pivotal role in planning and managing development sprints, writing clear and actionable tickets, and driving our product roadmap forward with precision and insight. We’re scaling fast and building a world-class team to take on some of the biggest operational challenges in healthcare.What You'll Be Doing:Own the full sprint planning lifecycle – from backlog refinement to retrospective analysisWrite and manage detailed user stories, technical tickets, and sprint documentationWork closely with developers, QA and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryMonitor and analyse sprint data to a granular level to identify delays or blockers earlyContinuously refine workflows to improve efficiency across teamsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical deliverablesWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical or SaaS environmentStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and sprint planning methodologiesHands-on experience using Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management toolsExceptional organisational and analytical skills – detail-obsessed and deadline-drivenAbility to translate product goals into logical, structured development plansUK-based, ideally with access to Milton Keynes, but remote applicants are welcomeWhy Join Us?At Flexzo, we’re not just another SaaS company.
