Overview
Nightshift Trading Assistant role with responsibilities across store operations, including stock replenishment, customer service, date checking, and supporting deliveries. The role involves working in a fast-paced, physical environment and being flexible to learn a variety of skills.
Responsibilities
* Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish items across the store, keeping shelves clean, tidy and well-presented.
* Always ready to serve customers brilliantly when the store is open, answering questions and proactively offering help.
* Date checking fresh produce and grocery products.
* Helping across the store as needed and supporting with deliveries as required.
* Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
