Here at GXO, were seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to join our Thrapston Primark site. Youll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the GXO Primark operation, ensuring the site delivers against KPIs, customer expectations, and budgeted costs, while embedding GXO values and a culture of continuous improvement. Youll lead and manage operations and resources in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner, delivering excellent customer service, strong financial performance, and a positive, high-engagement workplace culture.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work any 5 from 7, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £62,000 per annum, and 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
