Teaching Personnel is seeking confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Support students in completing set work to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
* Strong classroom management skills
* Confident, professional, and able to use initiative
* Experience with young people (school, sports coaching, tutoring, youth work etc.)
* Degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
* Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
