If you are seeking a meaningful career where passion drives actions and continuous improvement is key, you have come to the right place. We develop innovative technologies to enhance supply chains.
We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

You will ensure audit exceptions are handled accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of agreements between customers and carriers.
This role offers opportunities for personal development and potential career progression within the company.
Typical daily activities include:
* Auditing customer invoices for discrepancies such as incorrect discounts, invalid charges, audit rule exceptions, and incorrect rates, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
* Analyzing and interpreting rate tariffs for accurate integration into the Infios rate engine, maintaining up-to-date SOP documentation for knowledge sharing and process consistency.
* Managing daily workload across assigned accounts, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with internal departments and regions to support setup and automation initiatives.
* Supporting and training colleagues, fostering a culture of cross-training, and keeping team members informed about rate and carrier changes or compliance requirements.
* Communicating with customers and carriers to manage exceptions, gather feedback, and maintain professional relationships to support issue resolution and process improvement.
* Participating in daily team meetings, providing updates, sharing insights, and communicating feedback to drive improvements and automation efforts.
What you bring to the team:
* Effective task prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and minimal supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, with report creation and interpretation skills.
* Educational background in Business or Information Technology is preferred; knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation carrier operations is highly desirable.
