Job Description
The Corporate Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
* Providing expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, PE and venture capital deals
* Leading on deals
* Managing junior fee earners in the team
* Working closely with the Partners in the Leeds team
* Taking an active role in business development
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Legal Director should have / be;
* A qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
* Already be working as a senior lawyer in a known firm
* Extensive experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and PE work.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ties to Leeds
