About Us:
China Print Supplies Ltd is a fast-growing UK-based supplier of high-quality printing equipment, consumables, and accessories. We specialise in providing UV, Wide format and Direct to Film (DTF) printers and inks to print professionals across the UK and beyond. With a strong online presence and a loyal customer base, we are now looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Manager to take our growth to the next level.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for increasing sales revenue, expanding our customer base, and raising brand awareness through online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy to increase product sales and customer retention.
* Manage and grow relationships with trade clients, resellers, and repeat customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the UK and international markets.
* Respond to incoming enquiries and convert leads through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and drive leads.
* Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts.
Marketing
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO) to drive online traffic and sales via our website.
* Manage and update content across the company’s websites and eCommerce platforms.
* Create engaging marketing content including product videos, case studies, and customer testimonials.
* Oversee and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Plan and manage promotional campaigns and product launches.
* Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing management role, ideally in the printing industry.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation.
* Knowledge with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, eCommerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce), and analytics tools.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Knowledge of printing industry
* Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
* Experience in SEO or content marketing.
