Key Responsibilities
* Leading a shift of Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
* Assisting the Deputy and Registered Manager in maintaining the high standards praised by external professionals.
* Acting as a positive role model for both the staff team and the young people in the home.
* Ensuring all documentation and care plans reflect the positive progress being made.

Requirements
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting.
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
* Ambition: A desire to work towards a Level 5 qualification and progress into senior management.
* Values: A commitment to maintaining an agency-free, stable environment for vulnerable young people.
