We are seeking a passionate and committed EYFS SEND Teacher to join our inclusive early years provision in Richmond upon Thames. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning in line with the EYFS Framework
* Identify, assess, and support children with emerging and diagnosed SEND needs
* Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Deliver targeted interventions to support communication, social development, and early learning
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching within EYFS
* Strong knowledge of SEND, including ASD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
* Experience adapting curriculum and learning environments to meet individual needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
Desirable:
* SEND qualification or additional specialist training
* Experience working within a specialist provision or resource base
