As a Health and Safety Advisor, your role and remit will be to ensure day-to-day HSE compliance by managing accident, incident, near miss and dont walk by investigations and mitigation. Role Details: Annual salary of up to 40,000, plus potential annual-on-target bonus of up to 5% subject to business performance Role based: Can be based at any of our Midland offices in either Birmingham B66 1AT, Peterborough PE4 5ET or Nottingham NG9 6DP. With travel around the Midlands region. Contract type: Permanent Company Car Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.Key Responsibilities Lead accident/incident and near miss investigations, ensuring corrective actions are concluded and follow up closure of all issues. Support safe operational procedures which identify and take into account all relevant hazards. Communicate and reinforce HSE processes and procedures. Develop and engage sound relationships with internal and external customers. Carry out site audits to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented. Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced.
