Job Description
Join our team in Lutterworth as a Care Professional! We seek compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in our clients' lives. You'll provide non-medical services to help them stay independent at home. Full or part-time hours available on a Zero Hours contract. No experience or specific qualifications are needed to become a Care Professional. Experience in a care setting or interacting with older people, whether personal or voluntary, is beneficial. You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering excellent service, and be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. Enjoying building professional friendships and spending time with others is essential.

* Free Enhanced 12-month DBS, repaid after Care Certificate completion
* Award-winning training, payable upon completion of Care Certificate
* £12.00 per hour on weekdays, £13.00 per hour on weekends, and double pay on public holidays

Qualifications
Experience is preferred but not required for our role. You don't need qualifications in care to apply, as we provide award-winning training.
