A standout opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer
This is an ideal position for someone with at least 3 years’ residential conveyancing case-handling experience who is looking for a progressive, well-supported environment where they can thrive.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and all associated title documentation.
* Overseeing searches, enquiries, due diligence and title investigations.
* Delivering high-quality client care with regular updates and clear communication.
* Collaborating closely with admin staff, paralegals and other legal professionals to keep files moving efficiently.
* Contributing to a well-organised, high-performing property team.
About you
* Minimum 3 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication, client-handling and file-management capabilities.
