BTL Marketing Specialist Location: Peterborough (Office-Based) Salary: £30,000 £40,000 Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Trade Mastermind is growing fast, and we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and our private customer communities. This role focuses entirely on existing customers improving retention, driving upsell into TGS, increasing event attendance, supporting check-ins, and capturing customer success stories. Youll play a key part in building relationships, improving communication, and ensuring customers stay engaged and supported throughout their journey with us. About the Role You will run multi-channel customer campaigns, manage customer groups, create value-led content, coordinate reminder sequences, support event attendance and check-ins, and help drive upsell opportunities. You will also capture customer stories, testimonials, and proof assets to use across sales and marketing channels. This role blends campaign execution, customer engagement, retention strategy, content creation, and light community management. What Youll Be Doing Managing and sending customer campaigns (email, SMS,) based on lifecycle stages Increasing event attendance and check-in completion through reminder flows Managing and posting content inside customer groups and communities Supporting upsell journeys for TGS with educational content and offers Capturing customer success stories: interviews, testimonials, case studies Assisting with referral campaigns and customer advocate activities Monitoring performance weekly (retention, upsell, attendance, check-ins) Running small experiments to improve campaign performance and engagement What Were Looking For Experience with customer marketing, CRM, or lifecycle campaigns Strong communication and content-writing skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workflows Comfortable using email/SMS platforms, segmentation, and basic automation Creative, customer-focused, and able to produce compelling stories A positive, energetic team player with attention to detail Why Join Trade Mastermind?
