Responsibilities
1. Building and nurturing strong, effective relationships with both existing and new clients
2. Sourcing, assessing, and matching talented retail professionals with their next big opportunity
3. Ensuring high standards for candidate quality, from adverts to interviews
4. Providing expert guidance to both clients and candidates, delivering an outstanding experience every time
5. Identifying new client opportunities and confidently negotiating fees
6. Qualifying candidates and onboarding new clients within our Retail Division
7. Planning to meet clients’ future recruitment needs and supporting their growth
8. Staying on top of retail trends and market conditions to be the ultimate industry expert
9. Following our weekly sales cycle, sharing best practices with fellow consultants, and setting standards as a role model
10. Expanding your network through LinkedIn and attending industry events
Candidate Requirements
* Driving license for client visits
* Previous recruitment or sales experience
* Outgoing, ambitious, and driven to exceed targets
* Strong relationship-building skills and a confident problem-solver
* Excellent time-management skills
