We’re recruiting an Administrator to join a busy Holiday Park in Portrush, working 5 days per week (Monday–Sunday rota, 9am–5pm) with an annual salary of £28,000. This is an excellent permanent opportunity starting in January. This is a varied position where you will spend 2 days per week covering a busy reception, acting as the first point of contact for guests, and 3 days providing office-based administrative support to management and senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Covering reception 2 days per week, managing guest enquiries and check-ins
* Taking bookings via phone, email, and in person
* Providing office-based admin support 3 days per week
* Preparing reports, maintaining records, and updating internal systems
* Assisting management and senior staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
* Supporting wider park operations as required
What We Need From You
* Previous experience in a hotel, holiday park, or customer-facing reception role
* Full driving licence and willingness to Travel to other locations
* Strong organisational and IT skills including excel and word
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
