Working closely with your Branch Care Manager, you’ll support carers, customers and the wider community, making sure every visit is well-planned, every team member feels supported, and every customer receives care they can truly rely on.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Support your Branch Care Manager to deliver exceptional care across your local area.</li><li>Allocate carers effectively so customers receive consistent, high-quality support.</li><li>Complete supervisions and observations on time, helping carers grow and maintain great practice.</li><li>Help recruit and onboard new carers, strengthening the branch’s capacity and community impact.</li><li>Review and update care plans so they reflect each customer’s needs, preferences and wellbeing.</li><li>Look for opportunities to grow the branch, supporting local engagement and commercial activity.</li><li>Champion brilliant customer service, ensuring every interaction feels considered and kind.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll bring</h3><ul><li>A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it).</li><li>Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory role.</li><li>A good understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards and best practice.</li><li>A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.</li><li>Strong communication skills, confidence in decision-making and a supportive, people-first approach.</li></ul><h3>Why Helping Hands</h3><ul><li>Clear pathways for learning and career progression.</li><li>25 days annual leave (rising to 26 after two years).</li><li>Blue Light Card discounts.</li><li>Employee assistance programme.</li><li>Support with nationally recognised qualifications.</li><li>A welcoming, inclusive culture where your voice matters and your work has real impact.</li></ul><p>At Helping Hands we’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive community where everyone belongs.
