We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest FM companies in the UK, based at a large, well-known government healthcare facility in Salisbury, SP4. In this role, you will join a team of soft services staff and engineering team to deliver a contract to a client.

Responsibilities of a Contract Administrator:
1. Liaising between teams and the client helpdesk to update and close planned and reactive tasks.
2. Providing information to the account manager and client teams for monthly reporting.
3. Maintaining a compliance tracker document, ensuring certifications are received and uploaded.
4. Assisting the account manager with the production of quotations for additional work.
5. Handling administrative tasks related to holidays and sickness.
6. Liaising with the PPM team for scheduling and booking of subcontractors.
7. Assisting the commercial team with monthly applications and maintenance billing.
8. Performing other general day-to-day administrative duties.
