Responsibilities
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring they reach their full potential

4. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental activities and school initiatives
5. Support students in their academic and personal development, providing guidance and mentorship
6. Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and continuously develop teaching strategies
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A relevant degree in Biology or a closely related subject
* Experience teaching Biology in a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
* Commitment to professional development and student success
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
