Who will you be working with? This role is within the Governance Team and comes with dual reporting to Chief Product Officer of flydocs and Chief Financial Officer of Swiss Aviation Software. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to align commercial terms with business objecti
ves.
How do you contribute to the business? We are seeking a highly commercial, process-driven, and strategic professional to own and optimise the end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle across our global Digital Tech Ops ecosystem. As Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling commercial success while protecting flydocs’ interests. You will independently manage customer and partner agreements from initiation through execution and renewal, ensuring contracts are commercially robust, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders, you will accelerate deal closure, reduce commercial risk, strengthen governance, and continuously enhance contracting processes to support revenue growth and seamless cross-functional collaboration across the ecosy
