YAS delivers patient transport services across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities
The role will require you to work to agreed objectives and assist with the delivery of contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Working with a computerised scheduling system, you will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources on the day of travel.
Excellent communication on all levels is essential. The successful applicant must be able to work independently or as part of a team and use their own initiative.
Requirements
* Experience of working in a patient/customer focused environment (essential).
* Understanding of performance standards and customer care.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent telephony skills.
